KBS2 "Immortal Song" person-in-charge stated on 20 Feb, Heo Young Saeng will be participating in the recording of the "Immortal Song 2 - Legend Special".

On that "Legend Special" segment, 14 singers inclusive of Heo Young Saeng will be competing against one another.

Till now, other than Heo Young Saeng the other singers are still not disclosed yet, but according to them, they have gotten the best singers to be on this segment than the usual program.

The Legend special will be broadcast during mid-March with much anticipation.

'Fondant Garden' will premiere on 24th Feb, 10pm on CTV, while he was in Taiwan filming, he started learning cursing words. Staffs also taught him Taiwanese language. When he was filming in Hualien, his neck got bitten by a mosquito and even knew how to use 'growing strawberries' (love bite) to describe it. His personal bag contained 3 mobile phones and ipad and was even being laughed that he is totally a '3C control'.

Older sister-brother love during 2nd year of Junior High ended in 3 years

The handsome appearance of a lover, he admits that his first love was in his 2nd year of Junior High, the age difference was 3 years old and they dated for 3 years. But because he entered the entertainment industry, they broke up. As he was still young that time and he did not understand love, thus, he did not feel sad. He expressed that he likes interesting girls but he will not disclose his relationship to the public if he is dating. He filmed a kiss scene with Jian Shu Man in the drama and when he was asked how he felt (during the kiss scene) he frankly said "ordinary."

Korea idol group SS501 member Park Jung Min recently came to Taiwan to film for idol drama ‘Fondant Garden’. He received chocolates from the fans in Taiwan on Valentine’s Day yesterday. He emphasized that he does not have a girlfriend yet, and felt happy when he received the chocolates. But, he complained that both of the actresses, Jian Shu Man and Lia Lee did not give him any chocolates. SS501 member Kim Kyu Jong was also in Taiwan for his solo fan-meeting yesterday. Park Jung Min expressed that he contacted with Kim Kyu Jong but because Kyu Jong’s schedule in Taiwan was rather short and had to leave for Korea today, both of them did not had a chance to meet each other. As Park Jung Min had to rush to film the drama for days, in addition to Taiwan’s wet weather, he caught a cold. During the interview, he kept on coughing and even used Chinese to express that his cold made his throat hurts.


Park Jung Min wore his drama outfit today, appearing in a bakery shop with Jian Shu Man and Lia Lee to promote their new drama and also to raise fund of charity. Park Jung Min made a heart-shaped cake on the spot with a happy face. He explained that this is the expression of whereby he saw someone and feels shy. Yesterday, he celebrated Valentine’s Day in Taiwan, fans gave him chocolates which made him really happy. He expressed that he gave chocolates to girl when he was in his 6th year of elementary school. And as for expressing his love to the girl after giving the chocolates, he thought for a long time and laughed “I forgot about it.” Park Jung Min and the actors and actresses in the drama were harmonious and they are not bothered by the language barriers completely. He kept complaining to everyone that Jian Shu Man and Lia Lee did not give him chocolates on Valentine’s Day and this made him disappointed. Jian Shu Man explained “Because he will receive lots of chocolates, so it won’t make any difference.” Lia Lee said that she and Park Jung Min are like best friend, fearing that giving chocolates will led to some misunderstanding. After listening to both of the girls, Park Jung Min insisted that still wants to receive chocolates and even told both of them to give him by 5pm today which caused a series of laughter at the scene.

On the January 29th episode of ‘Saving Ajumma Go Bong Shil‘, the love line between f(x)‘s Luna and SS501‘s Kim Kyu Jong was finally actualized through a hamburger date the two went on.

Viewers were excited to see their love line develop, and the excitement was further fueled by two adorable couple shots released right after. The positive atmosphere of the set can be felt right through the photos, especially with Luna’s extra bright smile.

Luna stated, “Recently, more of my scenes have been involving Kyu Jong oppa, so I’m having a lot of fun on set. We hope that our viewers will have fun watching our ‘InKi’ couple (Inyoung + Niki). Please look forward to us!”

Kim Hyun Joong gave thanks for the successful beginning of his Japanese debut. On February 5 Kim Hyun Joong held a live concert celebrating his debut and it held 20,000 fans. Kim Hyun Joong stated,“My Japanese debut single ‘Lucky Guy’ had 10,000 sales in its first week. Thank you for giving me such a good result even though I am just a rookie. Thank you for all of the support.”

He continued, “I am sad that I wasn’t able to meet all the 60,000 fans that signed up for the concert. However I will try to have a memorable experience with the 20,000 fans that are here right now.”

Kim Hyun Joong donated all of the profits from the concert to an orphanage. He stated, “I hope that I can be at least a little bit of help. If you have any extra time please spend it for the children."

Singer Kim Hyun Joong has climbed to the #2 spot on the Oricon Weekly chart.

According to the Oricon Chart data released on the 31st, Kim Hyun Joong’s Japanese debut single “Kiss Kiss / Lucky Guy” sold over 100,000 copies in the first week.

Kim Hyun Joong came second to AKB48‘s popular sister group SKE48who came in at #1.

This is the first time in 9 months that an overseas solo artist has accomplished this feat in Japan after Jang Geun Suk accomplished this with the release of his debut single “Let Me Cry” last year. Additionally, this is also the first time Kim Hyung Joong has placed on the Oricon in 3 years and 7 months after securing the #4 spot back in June of 2008 with”Lucky Days” as a member of SS501.

The singer will be focusing on his Japanese promotions for the time being, and he will be holding a live performance at the Yokohama Arena on February 5th in front of 20,000 fans.

“Sugarcake Garden” needs various types of cakes due to its plot, a 3-layer fondant cake that costs 60,000 Taiwan dollars has once been made. Looking at those handmade decorations and unique China patterns on it, Park Jung Min wanted to try it. The staff were shocked and they hurriedly stopped him. Park Jung Min said: “I didn’t know it’s so expensive, next time I’ll eat it when the drama filming is done.”

Park Jung Min who came to Taiwan for a long stay to film “Sugarcake Garden” has been staying here for half a year. He looks for delicacies everywhere whenever he has time. “I always go to Shilin to eat ‘Salt & Pepper Chicken’, ‘Oyster Omelette’ and ‘Grilled Corn’, however Thai cuisine in Taiwan is the most delicious.” He even tried ‘面龟’ (@tzeyin28: idk what it’s called) before Lunar/Chinese New Year and he said it’s really cute.
